1. Agreement
By accessing or using KeepHot (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
2. Eligibility and account
You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose risk, or are required by law.
3. Platform usage
The Platform allows you to manage a wallet, request deposits and withdrawals subject to verification and compliance checks, and allocate funds to strategies described in the product interface. Features may change; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
4. Risk disclaimer
Digital assets and investment-style products involve substantial risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance, illustrations, or projected ranges shown in the interface are not reliable indicators of future results. Market conditions, liquidity, operational risks, and regulatory change may affect outcomes. You should only commit funds you can afford to lose and should seek independent professional advice if unsure.
5. No guarantee
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, the Platform and all strategies, estimates, and tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any minimum return, profit, or preservation of capital.
6. User responsibility
You are solely responsible for your allocation decisions, tax reporting, compliance with laws in your jurisdiction, and the accuracy of withdrawal details. You must not use the Platform for fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful activity. You indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Fees, limits, and verification
Minimum amounts, lock periods, verification requirements, and processing times may apply. We may refuse or delay transactions for compliance, risk, or operational reasons.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeepHot and its affiliates, directors, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Aggregate liability arising from the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid in fees to us in the three months before the claim or (b) one hundred USD, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws chosen by KeepHot in its corporate governance documents, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
